Google Adwords has a helpful feature built in, designed to help you track telephone calls from your website.
This feature requires your development team to implement a small amount of code on your website and to wrap any telephone numbers you wish to replace with code so they can be identified.
For most people moving house is a life-changing event. If you’re buying or selling you want to be able to trust the estate agents involved.
Consumers judge brands they are unfamiliar with by the quality of their website. When using the website they unconsciously rate the experience. They ask, “Does this website look like it belongs to a company I want to do business with?”. If it doesn’t they will take their business elsewhere.
Customers apply the same high standards they receive from retail websites to estate agents. Consumers expect to do everything they want on estate agents websites with the least amount of fuss and effort.
Over the years Evoluted have a developed a large number of estate agency websites. We have put together a list of points to consider when having your website developed.
Most people who actively market their website will have come across the term ‘long tail’ before.
To optimise your website for long tail searches you focus on many low volume keywords that contain many words. This is in instead of focusing on shorter high volume keywords. The theory is that users with long tail searches are further down the funnel. These users know what they want and are more likely to make an enquiry or buy your product.
No matter how funky your website, how glittery your graphics or how clever your coding, ultimately what makes the difference is how engaging your content is.
Let’s face it, it’s your real flesh-and-blood visitors who are the ones likely to register, give you their email address, or place an order. Engaging with real people is critical, and here are five ways you can do just that.

There are three essential component parts to these almond paste mince pies:
- The pastry – sweet with almonds, recipe below.
- The mincemeat – homemade, we follow a variation of Delia’s recipe
- Almond paste – again homemade, recipe below.
My search for a coaster that would work with my desk led to coasters made from scrabble tiles. After looking online, I discovered that you can’t buy coasters from scrabble tiles. Assumably Hasbro have had something to say about that. Fair enough. I decided to make my own.
